Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of McGregor AI, a platform operated by McGregor Legacy AI Systems LLC. By using McGregor AI or connecting an external platform account, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are an initial operating version for the developing McGregor AI platform and may be updated as commercial services and integrations expand.
1. Service description
McGregor AI provides AI-assisted tools for governed creation, operations, analytics, platform connections, and related workflow automation. Available features may change as the service evolves.
2. Account authorization
You may connect third-party accounts using authorization mechanisms such as OAuth. You represent that you are authorized to connect and use any account you provide.
3. Publication and consequential actions
Connecting an account or producing content does not by itself authorize publication. Features that upload, publish, schedule, deliver, spend funds, accept obligations, or perform other consequential external actions may require explicit human approval or additional authorization. A private YouTube upload does not authorize public release.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use McGregor AI to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, compromise another account or system, evade platform rules, or misrepresent authorization.
5. Third-party services
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, technical limits, and availability. We do not control third-party platforms or guarantee that an integration will remain available.
6. User content and rights
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use, process, and publish that content.
7. AI-generated outputs
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or material requiring review. Users are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them or authorizing external use.
8. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or unavailable from time to time.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, McGregor AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, McGregor Legacy AI Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service or a third-party integration.
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as McGregor AI evolves.
