Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of McGregor AI, a platform operated by McGregor Legacy AI Systems LLC (“McGregor AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using McGregor AI or connecting an external platform account, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms are an initial operating version for the developing McGregor AI platform and may be updated as commercial services and integrations expand.

1. Service description

McGregor AI provides AI-assisted tools for content production, media operations, analytics, platform connections, and related workflow automation. Available features may change as the service evolves.

2. Account authorization

You may choose to connect third-party platform accounts using authorization mechanisms such as OAuth. You represent that you are authorized to connect and use any account you provide. You may revoke third-party authorization through the relevant provider, subject to that provider’s processes.

3. Publication and consequential actions

McGregor AI distinguishes content production from publication authority. Connecting an account or producing content does not by itself authorize publication. Features that publish, schedule, deliver, spend funds, accept obligations, or perform other consequential external actions may require explicit human approval or additional authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use McGregor AI to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, compromise another account or system, evade platform rules, or misrepresent authorization to act on behalf of another person or organization.

5. Third-party services

McGregor AI may integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, technical limits, and availability. We do not control third-party platforms and do not guarantee that an integration will remain available.

6. User content and rights

You retain the rights you hold in content you provide to McGregor AI. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use, process, and publish that content.

7. AI-generated outputs

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, inconsistencies, or material requiring review. Users are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them or authorizing external publication or use.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be modified, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. We may add, remove, or change features, providers, integrations, and technical requirements.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, McGregor AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, McGregor Legacy AI Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service or a third-party integration.

11. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance. Users may stop using the service and revoke connected third-party authorizations at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as McGregor AI evolves. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
