Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how McGregor Legacy AI Systems LLC (“McGregor AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the McGregor AI website, applications, and authorized third-party platform integrations.
McGregor AI is being developed as a governed AI-assisted operating platform. Features and integrations may change as the platform evolves.
1. Information we may collect
- Basic account or profile information provided by an authorized third-party platform.
- OAuth authorization data necessary to maintain an authorized connection.
- Content, project metadata, media records, and workflow information created or supplied through McGregor AI.
- Platform-supplied analytics and performance information made available through an authorized integration.
- Technical and operational information necessary to secure, diagnose, and operate the service.
2. TikTok integration
When a user chooses to connect TikTok, McGregor AI may use TikTok Login Kit and authorized TikTok scopes to identify the connected account. Connecting TikTok does not by itself authorize McGregor AI to publish content. Future publishing capabilities remain subject to user authorization and McGregor AI publication-governance controls.
3. Google and YouTube integration
McGregor AI accesses a Google or YouTube account only after explicit authorization through Google OAuth 2.0. McGregor AI does not obtain or store the user's Google password. The YouTube integration may request youtube.readonly to verify the intended channel and youtube.upload for governed uploads to the authorized channel.
Connecting a YouTube account does not itself authorize an upload. Governed proof or test uploads are initially private unless the owner explicitly approves a different publication state. McGregor AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
- Authenticate and display accounts a user explicitly connects.
- Provide authorized platform features and workflows.
- Maintain security, auditability, service health, and troubleshooting information.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
5. What we do not do
McGregor AI does not sell personal information. We do not intentionally expose OAuth tokens, client secrets, refresh tokens, authorization headers, or private management credentials through public platform interfaces.
6. Third-party platforms
When you connect a third-party service, that provider’s privacy policy and terms also apply. McGregor AI receives only information made available through the permissions you authorize and the provider permits.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, satisfy legal obligations, and preserve user-approved records. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not by itself establish that McGregor AI-held governance or audit records have been deleted. 8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
McGregor AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the public service.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform and its integrations evolve.
