Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how McGregor Legacy AI Systems LLC (“McGregor AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the McGregor AI website, applications, and authorized third-party platform integrations.

McGregor AI is being developed as a governed AI-assisted media platform. Features and integrations may change as the platform evolves. This policy describes the information we intentionally request and use.

1. Information we may collect

Basic account or profile information provided by an authorized third-party platform, such as a platform-specific user identifier, display name, handle, and profile image.
OAuth authorization data necessary to maintain an authorized connection to a third-party platform.
Content, project metadata, media records, and workflow information created or supplied through McGregor AI.
Platform-supplied analytics and performance information when an authorized integration makes such data available.
Technical and operational information necessary to secure, diagnose, and operate the service.

2. TikTok integration

When a user chooses to connect TikTok, McGregor AI may use TikTok Login Kit and authorized TikTok scopes to identify the connected account. For the initial integration, the user.info.basic scope is intended to retrieve basic profile information such as an open identifier, avatar, and display name.

Connecting TikTok does not by itself authorize McGregor AI to publish content. If future TikTok publishing capabilities are enabled, they will use the appropriate TikTok product and permission scopes and remain subject to user authorization and McGregor AI publication-governance controls.

3. How we use information

To authenticate and display the identity of accounts that a user explicitly connects.
To provide content-production, media-operations, analytics, and workflow features.
To maintain security, auditability, service health, and troubleshooting information.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

4. What we do not do

McGregor AI does not sell personal information. We do not intentionally expose OAuth tokens, client secrets, refresh tokens, authorization headers, or private management credentials through public platform interfaces.

5. Third-party platforms

When you connect a third-party service such as TikTok, YouTube, or another platform, that provider’s own privacy policy and terms also apply. McGregor AI receives only information made available through the permissions you authorize and the provider permits.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and auditability, satisfy legal obligations, and preserve user-approved records. Users may revoke a third-party authorization through the relevant provider. Requests concerning McGregor AI-held personal information may be submitted using the privacy contact below.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting credentials under their control.

8. Children

McGregor AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the public service.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform and its integrations evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
